Borrow Materials from Other Libraries
Members of the Phillips Exeter Academy community can request to borrow materials from another library using the Inter-Library Loan request form. Someone from the library will contact you about your request within a week. Please note it can take several weeks for inter-library loan requests to be filled.
Reserves are set up for classes whose students will be working on similar research at the same time. Books are held behind the counter at the circulation desk.
To set up a reserve shelf for your class, please contact Marilyn Bott (x3563), Circulation Coordinator.

Late fines are 50 cents per hour.
Students, faculty, and staff can use My Library Account to view materials they have out, renew items, save catalog searches, and create personal book lists.
Log in to My Library Account
Renew Materials and Check Due Dates
To see a list of the items you currently have checked out, use the menu option on the left. Click on the "Renew All" button to renew all items on your list, or use the check box next to select which items you would like to renew.
Save Catalog Searches
Once you have logged in to My Library Account, click on New Search on top right of the screen to search by keyword, author, subject, etc. At the top of your search results page you'll now, the option to "Save as Preferred Search". This will allow you to run the same search again the next time you log into My Library Account.
My Library Account allows you to create and save your own book lists. Once you have logged in to My Library Account, click on New Search on the top right of the screen to search by keyword, author, subject, etc. Mark the items you wish to add and then select/create a list using the pull down menu.
