Welcome

Located within the Music Media and Technology Suite, Phillips Exeter Academy's Music Library gives students, faculty and staff the opportunity to explore the literature of music in a convenient and comfortable setting. It also serves as a resource through which students may supplement and enrich their classroom, ensemble and private lesson experiences. The Music Library's collection currently exceeds 7000 items and consists of books, scores and sheet music representing a variety of musical traditions. Particularly well represented are works for solo piano, voice, and chamber music ensembles, as well as larger works from the choral and orchestral repertoire.

Exploring Diverse Repertoire

This guide is presented to help you discover music from a diverse repertoire, including the work of composers from traditionally under-represented and historically marginalized communities. Organized by instrumentation, each page of this guide contains links to sheet music along with identifying information about composers and level of difficulty (when available).
